Program Overview:
The program starts from the fundamentals of understanding self, understanding the impact of Chinese culture and economic development on Chinese professionals’ psychology and behaviors, to research results on key challenges facing Chinese executives in global setting, and practical path to make your way to success. It aims to help participants build self awareness, culture sensitivity, and global competencies with best practices shared by senior business executives working in MNCs.
Program Facilitator:
Dana Chan, is the Managing Director of Global Talent Development Center. Dana has 21 years of international business and consulting experience in Hong Kong, U.S., Singapore, Indonesia, and China. In 2007, Dana conducted workshops and seminars on “Leading People in China” for over 350 foreign executives from whom she compiled the list of challenges for Chinese executives working in global teams. She also personally interviewed more than 70 senior Chinese executives working in MNCs to identify their key success factors. This program is designed based on the combination of her findings from Western and Chinese executives.
