EQ Series 1of 3 --Know yourself

  • What makes you think, feel, and act the way you do?
  • What parts of your reactions are habitual (done without conscious thought) and what parts are intentional?
  • How does our brain work in relation to emotions?

Every emotion is a message. It is a source of information and energy. Emotional intelligence is a way of looking at people and behavior. It treats emotions as valuable feed back.

Global Talent Development Center (GTDC) is pleased to bring you this EQ series which consists of three parts: Know Yourself, Choose Yourself, Give Yourself. You will have a taste of this Six Seconds Model of action oriented EQ process. The objective of the process is to use the power of emotional intelligence to fuel positive change – anywhere, anytime everywhere, all the time.

Come and join us for an evening of experiencing, exploring, and learning. Get some simple mechanisms to understand how our brain work and understand our pattern. In return, increase and apply EQ for you, your team, and your organization.
