Having started as an accountant in a big SOE, Clara's career evolved into a series of financial management positions with companies such as J&J, Henkel, GE and Kodak. In her finance leadership role, Clara has built a solid record on delivering competent financial services in the area of accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and internal control. As a business partner, Clara has also worked closely with BU leaders on strategic planning, performance improvement, and M&A projects. In M&A projects, Clara has experienced difficulties & success with different partners under various businesses, industries, environment, and local implementation environments.

As a native Chinese citizen, Clara's contribution is both insightful and practical with her understanding on both China context and MNC's business context.

John D. Van Fleet’s Asia career spans ten years in Japan and six in China. Ms. Kathy Chasse Hanna has lived in the US, Brazil, France, Hong Kong and China, where she has worked for fifteen years. She has twenty-two years combined experience in international human resources, finance, treasury, legal and government relations areas. Ms Hanna has participated in over twenty WFOE and joint venture start up projects in China.
Ms Hanna is Managing Director of the Hanna Consulting Group Ltd., which specializes in human resource consulting in Greater China. Prior to establishing Hanna Consulting Group Ltd., Kathy was Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources for LG Philips Displays, a $4 billion joint venture corporation headquartered in Hong Kong.
Ms. Hanna was previously a member of the General Electric merger and acquisition team while working as a consultant with Watson Wyatt Worldwide. She is able to work in Mandarin Chinese and is a recognized expert in human resources in China. Ms. Hanna is a featured speaker in the “Working in China” series produced by Meridian Resources and shown frequently on the Hong Kong learning channel.

Maria Wang is principal consultant of Organizational Development for Global Talent Development Center. With her career aspirations in helping individuals, teams, organizations to achieve full potential, Maria is dedicated in developing expertise in organizational learning, organization and system development, leadership and talent development, and executive coaching.
Maria previously worked with Kodak as Learning & Development Director for Greater Asia Region. While working with Kodak, she worked on wide variety of areas at local, regional, and global level including global design and rollout of the Kodak Frontline Leadership Excellence System, Talent Development, Coaching and Mentoring, OD and Change Management. Maria is certified in MBTI, Coach U's Corporate Coaching Program (CCP).

Richard Li is known in the West by his monograph Technology and Knowledge Transfer in China and is an international recognized authority on strategy of international technology transfer. His research interests currently lie in technology strategy; in particular, the effectiveness and appropriateness of technology and knowledge transfer in China.
As a academic researcher and business consultant, he has long been involved in managing corporate partnerships, strategic planning and implementation, international marketing research, business development and contract negotiation for his previous Chinese and current UK employer. He has been Senior Economic Advisor to the Henan Provincial Government, China and International Advisor to ARMCO, Saudi Arabia since 2003. He is now visiting professor and invited speaker to a large number of universities both in China, (including Tsinghua University, Tongji University, Wuhan University…) and in the West, (including, Reading University, Buckingham University, Teesside University and International University of Monaco).

Sherry L. Read is the principal consultant of executive coaching for Global Talent Development Center. She is also the Founder and Chief Coach with Read Solutions Group. She has over 20 years of industrial experience in finding solutions to business issues using skills in human resources, compensation, statistics, and process improvement. Since 2000, she has relocated in Singapore, and has focused on the human capital challenges of managing and growing businesses in Asia Pacific. Having relocated to Shanghai in 2005, Sherry has founded Read Solutions Group – a coaching company that helps people be confident and successful as leaders, particularly in multicultural settings. She coaches individuals, speaks to professional groups, leads workshops and writes about organizational, leadership and coaching topics.
Sherry has a BS in Statistics and Biometry from Cornell University, a MS in Statistics from Colorado State University, and a MBA from San Jose State University. She attended the Human Resources Executive Program at the University of Michigan. She is active in Shanghai in the American Chamber of Commerce and Expatriate Professional Women's Society, and stays current with global human resources trends through her membership in the Society for Human Resources and the Human Capital Institute. Sherry is a Certified Professional Coach through International Coach Academy and a member of the International Coach Federation.

Ziwei has played key roles in orchestrating the whole inorganic growth strategy for multiple major MNCs in China. Since 2002, he lead and closed eight acquisition and joint venture projects which includes GE Energy’s first joint venture and (then) largest acquisition in China, as well as the first public company acquisitions for the Alstom Group.
Currently living in Shangshai, Ziwei is also active in the M&A “community” in China. He frequently speaks on related forums and is interviewed by media on some of his transactions which are considered “ground-breaking”.
