GTDC’s founder Ms. Dana Chan has conducted several management and career development courses for MBA and EMBA students in partnership with Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Antai-Euromed Marseille MBA (AEMBA) programme. The courses are:

Strategic Management of Information Technology

This course is designed for the middle and upper management facing new challenges in the information age, this course explores the concept of information technology from business strategy perspective. Through case studies and practical experience, the course helps managers use basic concept and practical guidelines to create business value and maximize return thru strategic planning and successful management of Information Technology. Two separate sessions were conducted for students from Antai College of Economics and Management and AEMBA programme.

Career Management

This course is aimed to help MBA students to build career self-awareness, understand synergy between personal capability and career development and how to position oneself in an organization as well as in his/her career development. The course is designed based on well-known career development framework, career assessment tools and a collection of case studies on successful senior management staff from well-known organizations. Through the course, it enables participants to understand how to position oneself and make choices in a more globalized human capital market so that one’s best potential will be stimulated.

In addition to the Career Management course, Ms. Chan hosted a separate two-hour career lecture for 350 students at Antai College of Economics and Management on June 6th.
